Online ORDER and Transfer Forms

When a patient submits an online order, the submitted request appears immediately in your secure online pharmacy portal. You can view the request details and use this as a starting point for adding the request to your workflow.

When a request is received through any of these forms, you can opt to receive an immediate notification to alert you to that fact so you can check the details in the pharmacy portal.

The form can also be customized to include your delivery methods, payment options and you can also display your own custom fields that you want patients to fill out.

The typical Irish order form simplifies the order process by replacing complex medication names with intuitive drop-down menus. These menus allow patients to easily select the specific treatment or medication they need, making the ordering experience more user-friendly and reducing the chance of errors.
 
When patients order a prescription, they include their email and mobile number for communication. They are encouraged to fill out as many fields as possible to ensure accurate processing. Patients can specify if the prescription is a NEW one being emailed by the GP, a NEW one with a photo of the original prescription, or a REPEAT already on file. They should also indicate whether they require all or only some items from the prescription, and if some, list the specific items. If they have a paper prescription, they must bring the original with them.
 
 

The prescription order form is highly customizable to meet your pharmacy’s specific needs. Pharmacists can configure reminders based on lead time, and control medication name visibility. The form can include or exclude photo uploads, support human and/or pet patients, and adjust pet birth date options. 

Delivery and payment methods are flexible, with various options available. 

Additionally, four configurable fields allow for custom text entries, dropdown selections, and credit card details, ensuring the form aligns with pharmacy and patient requirements.
