The order form (for both the app and website) can be configured to suit the pharmacy’s workflow as follows:
- Delivery / pick up options (if used, it is a required field)
- Confirming a delivery address in the form.
- Payment options (if used, it is a required field)
- The presence of a photo upload (of a script) in the form.
- Medication name included/not included in the form & if included required/not required field
- Custom fields (drop down menu or free text entry)
- Rx Number (not used in Ireland, mandatory, use but not mandatory) – USA pharmacy field
- Localisation settings: (repeats or refills)
- Veterinary pharmacy option
- GDPR settings
